DAIKIN is a global leader in air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and air purification solutions. Their mission is to reduce energy consumption and minimize emissions of environmentally harmful substances by transitioning to renewable energy sources.
DAIKIN reached out with two main requirements: first, to recruit candidates for the specific role of Service Technician, and second, to attract top talent for their expanding offices in Germany.

Our approach to the recruiting videos centered on the human element. We highlighted employees who have been with DAIKIN since its foundation in Germany, sharing their stories in a close-knit and authentic way. As part of the concept, we also showcased technicians in their natural work environments — focusing on hands-on experiences.

Our team filmed both on-site at the DAIKIN headquarter in Leingarten and in various remote locations to create an engaging and authentic video. We captured the energy of the workplace, showcasing real interactions and dynamic office settings. To maintain brand consistency, we incorporated DAIKIN’s signature blue as a key visual element in the interview settings.
