At SPRIND, the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation, a group of dedicated people are looking for answers to the social, ecological and economic challenges of our time. Together with Meiré und Meiré, we created a brand story video for SPRINDs 5th anniversary.

SPRINDs goal is to create new breakthrough innovations from Germany. But what does it actually take to make meaningful change? Founding director Rafael Laguna de la Vera gives his personal insight.

How to connect with your audience

We love to focus on people and their personal motivation. We believe it’s the most engaging way to connect with your audience. Our briefing was simple: the video should highlight SPRINDs values, past achievements and future goals - all told by the founding director of SPRIND himself. On the visual side of things, we also put quite some effort into adapting SPRINDs modern CI to work in the video context.

Employer Branding

Additionally, we were asked to produce Employer Branding videos for SPRIND. We applied the same recipe we used for the brand video, to keep a personal tone that speaks directly to potential candidates. Viewers can learn directly from employees what it takes to become part of the SPRIND family.

Challenge accepted!

Our first project for SPRIND was a Recap-video for the Challenge Days in Leipzig. During this event, scientific teams from all over Europe came together to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore solutions to significant global issues. We were able to interview participants and industry experts to ask them about their valuable insights.
